The services we offer include counselling, groupwork, open access drop ins, holistic therapies, volunteer training and self development courses.
We provide an Ofsted registered pre-school alongside our services in recognition of the importance of childcare.

Senior Practitioner - The Inspire ProjectWe are looking for a highly skilled and experienced female Senior Practitioner* who will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of The Inspire Project, in line with Inspires policies, statutory requirements, operational delivery plan and budgets. She will work with the Operational Manager in ensuring that services are delivered to a very high standard, that service targets and operational plans, budgetary and monitoring requirements of funders and partner agencies are met. She will supervise staff, sessional workers and volunteers. She will oversee case management and allocations as well as advising on complex cases and holding a caseload as required.
The right candidate will have significant experience of working with a range of complex and inter-related social exclusion issues as well as an understanding and awareness of equalities issues in relation to women. Knowledge and experience of the criminal justice system and partnership working is essential.

35 hours per week Salary Scale (SCP 29 - 33): £24,646 - £27,849
