BWC employs 10 members of staff: Director, Counselling Services Manager, Drop-In Services Manager, Inspire Project Co-ordinator, Inspire Caseworkers, Pre-School Manager,
Deputy Pre-School Manager, Pre-School Support Worker and Counselling Group Facilitator.
VolunteersThe staff are supported by a team of invaluable volunteers who are involved in
every level of the organisation and in all services. Volunteers come from all
sections of the community and with a commitment to support
other women.
Opportunities are available to women who have had
time out of work and looking for work experience; wish to develop their
professional skill base; want to give something back and are deeply
committed to empowering women.
We offer a comprehensive training programme for volunteers.
