Self Development Courses
We run a number of diverse educational and self development courses over the year. Previous courses have included IT, photography & creative writing and a 5 week Mindfulness and Relaxation morning.
All our courses take place in our Drop-in. The drop-in is on the first floor and access can be restrictive for wheelchair users and women who have difficulty with stairs.
